How can we support baby talk?

Like water running down a slope, language development will keep flowing, unless it comes across an obstacle. The more obstacles we remove, the more freely it will flow.

With a couple of principles in mind, and some fun and some practice, we can let their language grow into rich and sophisticated skills.

Have you ever made a silly noise for your baby? Or shown interest in a sound they made? Then you have already started their journey towards literacy. Your sounds, words and facial expressions are their inspiration.

Is babbling important?

Yes! It is easier for children to learn and socialize when they can communicate effectively with their teachers and peers.
